Directions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick. Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
