1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Products & Food Safety Disclosures

Juan Grande offers premium, hand-crafted gourmet steak sauces and condiments. By purchasing and consuming our products, you acknowledge the following:

• Allergen Notice: Our products are produced in a facility that may process common allergens including but not limited to: tree nuts, soy, wheat, eggs, and fish-derived ingredients. Always review the full ingredient label on your product before consumption. If you have a known food allergy or sensitivity, consult a physician before use.

• Perishability: Our products are perishable food items. Once received, follow all label storage instructions. Juan Grande is not liable for spoilage resulting from failure to follow storage directions.

• Ingredient Transparency: We are committed to clean-label, chemical-free formulations. Our stated "no-no" ingredient list (no HFCS, no seed oils, no chemical expanders or artificial dyes) is accurate to the best of our knowledge and subject to change only upon prior written notice via updated labeling and website disclosure.

• Spice and Heat Advisory: Our products contain hot peppers and spice-derived compounds. Individuals with gastrointestinal sensitivities, capsaicin allergies, or related conditions should exercise caution.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes will be applied as required by applicable state and local law.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated confirmation email upon order placement. This email constitutes acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance of your order.

• Order Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, fraud detection flags, or other operational reasons. You will be notified promptly and any charge will be fully refunded.

• Promotional Codes & Discounts: Promotional codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sussex County, New Jersey.
