I'm a lifelong cook with a global palate shaped by family, travel, and exposure to real food across cultures. After a personal health transformation rooted in discipline, clean eating, and consistency, I became unwilling to compromise on ingredients or integrity. Juan Grande is the result of that refusal. Every sauce we make is crafted without high-fructose corn syrup, seed oils, chemicals, or fillers—because real flavor comes from real ingredients, not shortcuts.
